Here are some of my favorite recipes! Ahi Poke INGREDIENTS: 3 cups raw tuna, sushi-grade, small dice 1/4 Tbsp. coarse salt 1/2 cup sweet onion, small dice 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. sesame oil red pepper flakes, to taste (optional) green onions, finely chopped, for garnish INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In large bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt and red pepper flakes (if using). 2. Add tuna and onions to bowl and mix gently. 3. Marinate 1 hour in the refrigerator. 4. Serve chilled. Garnish with green onions. Eat with crispy wonton wrappers or add fried, crunchy onion or garlic pieces for a delicious treat! |
